Spiderpaw is a sleek black smoke she-cat. Her fur is as black as night, but it shines like the moonlight. If you were to push her fur up the wrong way, you'd see the silver underhairs beneath. They are what give her that brilliant shine. She is light in build, with just enough muscle to allow her to be swift in battle and chase. Everything about her is long and slender; her limbs and tail are longer than any other in RiverClan, and her lithe body is perfect for running and swimming. She is lean and agile, with a streamlined appearance. When swimming, she cuts through the water with lightning speed. Her ears are small, and her face is triangular. Her nose-leather and pawpads are pinkish-gray. Her claws are long and curved, and are a silvery-white color. Her eyes are a lustrous silvery-gray that glow with a light of their own.

Spiderpaw is quiet and antisocial. She is not evil, she is just...dark. She seems to be more of a ShadowClan cat personality, but she is purely RiverClan and always will be. She always thinks before she acts, and makes sure to never get caught doing the wrong thing. She likes to bend the rules sometimes, probably due to the fact that she isn't Clanborn. She sneaks out of camp a lot so she can be alone. She hardly ever gets caught away from camp. She is stealthy, sneaky, and sly. She is completely loyal to RiverClan, and is content to fight and hunt with her Clan when they need her. She is a good hunter, with many unusual skills. She hardly ever talks to her Clanmates unless they initiate the conversation. She can be cheeky and sarcastic when annoyed, and always has the last word. In a fight, she is ruthless and will do anything to get what she wants.
[history]
Spiderpaw was brought to RiverClan by her mother, a black smoke rogue named Moth. Moth was dying, having been attacked by rats while on a hunting expedition, and was beyond curing. She was trying to find another cat to care for her newborn kit, Spider. She stumbled into RiverClan territory and fell to the ground, her life draining from her. As she lay there, knowing her life was over and there was no hope for the tiny, mewling kit that she had struggled to keep alive, a RiverClan patrol consisting of Otterfoot, Stormshadow, and Silversong found her. They tried their best to save her, but she was beyond help. With her dying breath, she asked Silversong, the only she-cat with them, to care for young Spider. Silversong accepted, and the rogue laid down her head and let her soul escape her. Silversong took the wailing little kit from the dead rogue's side and began to raise her as her own. Spiderkit suckled from her, and soon the scrawny kit was healthy again. Spiderkit soon began to eat chewed up scraps of fish and fresh-kill, and before anyone could complain about her not being Clanborn, she was apprenticed and training to be a warrior.
